We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Brass Forged and Stamped Parts from India. We have been supplying precision-engineered Brass components to the global valve, electrical, plumbing, and transformer industries for many decades. Our plant is equipped with in-house forging, stamping, CNC machining, and toolmaking facilities, allowing us to offer superior quality and delivery flexibility. Our products include Brass fittings, electrical connectors, hose fittings, spade connectors, and transformer terminals. With a global clientele and decades of engineering expertise, we offer industry-standard and custom solutions that meet rigorous performance, dimensional, and plating specifications.

Brass Forging Brass Forging is the process of shaping Brass under compressive forces, typically using a hot forging method. This yields high-strength parts with tight grain structure and superior mechanical properties. Forged Brass parts are preferred for critical applications in plumbing, electrical connectors, gas valves, and power equipment. Common forging grades include CW617N (EN 12165), C37700 (ASTM B124), CuZn39Pb3, HPb59-1 (Chinese GB standard), and CuZn40Pb2 (DIN 17660).

Brass Stamping Brass Stamping involves blanking, forming, or piercing Brass strips or sheets into desired shapes using high-speed presses and dies. This method is economical for flat or semi-flat components like electrical terminals, plates, tags, and light-duty connectors. Brass grades such as C26000 (Cartridge Brass) and C26800 are commonly used for stamping. These parts may undergo further finishing or tin/silver plating.

Brass Hot Forged Parts These are Brass components manufactured through heating and forging processes, typically between 650–750°C. Hot forging enables production of complex geometries, high strength, and burr-free contours. These parts are widely used in valves, pipe fittings, and high-pressure couplings. Typical parts include tees, elbows, reducers, manifolds, and housing bodies.

Brass Stamped Parts Stamped Brass Parts include flat terminals, washers, clips, busbar tabs, and rings, manufactured in progressive or compound dies. These are used in switchgear, circuit protection devices, and grounding systems. Stamped parts are burr-free and often deburred or electroplated post-processing.

Brass Stamped Components Precision-stamped Brass Components serve in automotive, electrical, and instrumentation sectors. These include connector pins, transformer tags, lug covers, and terminal frames. Brass alloys used offer excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and spring-back characteristics.

Brass Forged Fittings These include Brass pipe fittings, hose connectors, valve bodies, and transformer spade ends, typically manufactured using C37700, CW617N, and HPb59-1. These fittings are pressure-tested, dimensionally verified, and may come with BSP, NPT, or metric threads.

Manufacturing Process Brass billets or rods are cut, heated, and forged or stamped into shape. Post-forming processes include trimming, CNC machining, drilling/tapping, deburring, and surface finishing. Dies and tools are designed and maintained in-house.
