We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Copper Forged and Stamped Components from India. We have been supplying high-quality Copper Forgings, Copper Hot Stamped Parts, Copper Lugs, and Copper Terminals to the world market for many decades. Our vertically integrated manufacturing unit combines toolroom, forging, stamping, CNC machining, and finishing capabilities. With over 30 years of global export experience, we provide advanced and customized Copper forming solutions for the electrical, power transmission, switchgear, railways, renewable energy, and heavy engineering industries. Our ability to work with a wide range of Copper alloys, flexible production batches, and custom packaging makes us a preferred supplier globally.
Copper Forging Copper Forging involves plastically deforming solid Copper billets under compressive force to create high-strength, near-net-shape components. Forging provides superior mechanical properties, excellent grain flow, and a dense structure. Our forged Copper components are used in busbars, electrical contacts, high-strength terminals, switchgear connectors, and grounding applications. Materials used include ETP Copper (C11000), Oxygen-Free Copper (C10200), and DHP Copper (C12200). Forgings meet ASTM B187, DIN 12164, and JIS H3250 standards.
Copper Hot Stamping Hot Stamping of Copper is performed by heating Copper slugs or rods and pressing them into precision dies. The process combines the benefits of forging and stamping for medium- to high-volume production. Hot stamped parts have smooth contours, consistent dimensions, and reduced machining requirements. Common parts include terminal pads, forged lugs, and connector bases.
Copper Hot Forging Copper Hot Forging is employed for complex geometries and large sections where precise grain alignment and reduced internal stresses are needed. Components are heated to temperatures above 700°C and forged using hydraulic or friction presses. Ideal for high-current connectors, bimetallic transition fittings, and bus couplers.
Copper Stamping Copper Stamping uses high-speed presses to blank, pierce, and form thin Copper sheets or strips into desired shapes. Suitable for flat terminals, mounting plates, contact tabs, and washers. Stamped components can be further deburred, tinned, or electroplated. Tooling is designed in-house for rapid development and repeatability.
Copper Stamped Lugs Copper Stamped Lugs are produced from Copper strips using precision stamping and are ideal for cable terminations in control panels, automotive assemblies, and distribution boards. They offer cost-effective and compact solutions for crimping and soldering. These parts can be tin plated, silver coated, or left in mill finish depending on corrosion and conductivity requirements.
Copper Cable Connectors Our range of Copper Cable Connectors includes forged and machined lugs, flexible braid terminals, and tubular ferrules. These connectors are designed for seamless electrical conductivity and mechanical retention. Available for cable sizes from 1.5 mm² to 400 mm², with customized hole patterns and surface treatments.
Copper Stamped Terminals Copper Stamped Terminals are used in relays, switches, fuse boxes, meters, and PCB applications. Precision stamping ensures tight tolerances, burr-free edges, and high repeatability. These can be supplied in bulk or in carrier strips for automated crimping machines.
Manufacturing Process Our complete process includes material selection, cutting, hot or cold forging, stamping, trimming, CNC finishing, surface treatment, quality control, and packaging. All tools and dies are designed in-house using CAD/CAM systems.
